Multi-stage hose connectors and hose tails cater for joining every possible combination of spiral hose. To get maximum efficiency from your pond pump, it is important to cut off any unused steps. For example, where you have connected a 25mm (1") hose, remove the 13mm (½") and 19mm (¾") sections. Hose tails can be screwed onto or into any male or female threaded fitting to provide a connection for hose. Use double wire clips or the stainless steel hose clips to secure the hose. Made from tough polypropylene, these fittings make it possible to connect pipework through the side walls of ponds or tanks. The left-handed thread means they will naturally tighten when other fittings are being screwed into them.
